I design and build websites for service businesses across the US. You tell me about your business, and I handle the design, the tech, and everything in between.

Hi, I’m Anik. I’ve been building websites since 2019, for medical spas in Maryland, interior designers in Las Vegas, contractors, clinics, online stores, and hundreds of businesses like yours.
I run Anik Development as a small studio. I personally lead every project. And when a project needs more, design, video, marketing or extra development, I have a small trusted team, and we handle that on demand.
You’ll always know exactly who you’re working with. It’s me.
Most business websites sit there. They look acceptable. They load. And they bring in almost nothing.
Meanwhile the owner is stuck. Too busy to figure out what’s wrong. Not technical enough to fix it. Quoted wildly different prices by everyone they ask. So the website stays exactly as it is, month after month, quietly costing them customers they’ll never know about.
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
You don’t need to learn anything technical. You don’t need to know what platform you want, how hosting works, or what a landing page is.
We’ll have a conversation about your business, your customers, and what you want the website to do. Then I build it. You review it, I refine it, and you get a website you’re proud to send people to.
Most people come to me for a website. Here is the full picture of what I can handle, whenever you are ready for it.
A real website your business owns, built to turn visitors into enquiries, not just look good.
Your Google Business Profile set up properly, so people nearby actually find you on Maps and local search.
The technical and content groundwork so people searching for what you do can land on you.
Automatic follow-ups, booking flows and review requests, plus ongoing care if you would rather never think about it.
Start with the website. Add the rest whenever it makes sense for you.
It takes about an hour to produce a website these days. That’s genuinely useful, and it’s also why so many businesses now have a site that looks okay and still does nothing.
The layout that makes someone call you. The words that answer the doubt they haven’t said out loud. Where the button goes. What to cut. Which page they actually need and which one is a waste of your money.
That part isn’t generated. That’s seven years and 800 websites of watching what works and what quietly fails.
Different industries, different countries, no two the same. Hover a card to scroll the whole site.
Data & AI Consulting
Needed a modern, authoritative web presence to attract enterprise clients for data and AI consulting. Built a high-end, dark-themed corporate site to showcase their specialized methodologies and elite client roster.
Medical spa
Needed online booking and a premium feel to match their pricing. Built a luxury site with direct appointment booking, WhatsApp, and click-to-call.
Interior design studio
Needed an elegant, editorial site that books high-end consultations. Built a premium image-led site with project galleries and a consultation booking flow.
Real estate sales funnel
Needed a free-guide opt-in that collects details and follows up automatically.
Home textile brand
Needed a full online store in French with product options and fast checkout. Built a complete store with variations and EU shipping set up.
Design studio
Needed a portfolio-led site that presents the work first and turns interest into a consultation.
Aesthetics clinic
Needed a calm, treatment-led site with clear service pages and a booking path that finishes.
Two of my clients were kind enough to record these.

You tell me about your business and what you need. I will give you a clear plan for your website, whether you hire me or not.
Based on what your business actually needs. Agreed before anything starts. No surprises later.
You will see it come together and have room to give feedback. I handle every technical piece.
Your site launches, you own it, and I am still here if you need anything.
Average from 550+ client reviews across marketplaces and direct clients. Most of my clients come back for their next project.
Yes, as long as you can see their track record and talk to them directly. I’ve built 800+ websites since 2019 with a 5.0 rating across 550+ client reviews, and many of my clients have come back four, five, seven times. Before you commit anything, we get on a call so you can judge for yourself.
Depends on what you’re paying for. An agency’s price covers offices, account managers, and a sales team as well as the build, and the person you meet usually isn’t the person who does the work. A freelancer gives you direct access but often has a handful of projects behind them. I sit in between: 800+ websites since 2019, and you deal with me from the first call through to launch.
Because you’re not funding an agency’s overhead. There’s no account manager, no project coordinator, and no office to pay for. The quote covers the work and nothing else.
That’s most of what I’ve done for seven years, across 800+ builds. When a project genuinely needs more, design, video, marketing or extra development, I have a small trusted team and we handle it on demand. You still deal with one person.
It depends on what your business actually needs. A one-page site for a local service business is a very different project from an online store or a multi-step funnel. That’s why I quote after we talk rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. You’ll get a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Most projects take one to three weeks from start to launch, depending on size and how quickly you can get me your content.
No. Most of my clients don’t, and that’s the point. You tell me about your business, and I handle the design, the platform, hosting setup, mobile, speed, forms, and everything else.
Whatever fits your situation. For most businesses that’s WordPress, because you can update it yourself later. For simpler projects a custom-built site can be faster and lighter. I’ll recommend the right one on our call and explain the trade-offs in plain English.
Yes. The US is the majority of my work. My calendar shows US-friendly call times, and I usually reply to messages within a few hours.
Often, yes. Sometimes a redesign of what you have is the smarter, cheaper option. Sometimes rebuilding is genuinely better value. I’ll tell you which on the call, even when the answer is the smaller job.
You do. Completely. The domain, the hosting, the site itself. All in your name, and you’re free to take it anywhere.
Yes. Some clients want nothing and just get in touch when something’s needed. Others prefer ongoing care: updates, backups, security monitoring, speed checks, and small content changes handled for them monthly. There’s no lock-in either way, and you can start it later if you’d rather see how you go.
That’s the most common reason people book the call. Bring the problem, not the solution, and I’ll tell you what would actually help.
Twenty minutes, free, no pressure. Tell me about your business and I’ll give you a clear plan for what your website should do and how to get there.
If we’re a fit, great. If not, you’ll still leave with a plan you can use.
