I started building websites in 2019. Somewhere north of 800 of them now, for clients on five continents and in fifteen or more countries.
That number matters less than what it taught me. When you build 800 websites, you stop guessing. You start noticing which layouts get people to call, which pages nobody reads, which forms people abandon halfway through, and how often a business pays for something they never needed.
Before this, I spent time as the development partner behind a design agency, building client projects to agency standards. That’s where I learned to work to a brief, hit deadlines, and communicate like a professional rather than a freelancer who disappears for a week.
Today I run Anik Development as a small studio. I personally lead every project. When a project needs more, like design, video, marketing or extra development, I have a small trusted team and we handle that on demand.
